Product Feature

GUIBAO 4815ZL is a condensed single-component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber composed of silicone polymer, reinforcing filler, addition agent, cross-linking agent, etc. Its characteristics are as follows:

Single-component packaging, easy to operate when used;

Room temperature curing, non-poisonous, non-corrosive;

After fully curing, it maintains its elasticity for a long time in the range of -50 ° C to 200 ° C;

Excellent electrical insulation performance, arc-resistant corona and impact resistance, long-term effective protection of electronic components;

Good water resistance, excellent aging resistance;

Excellent adhesion, maintain long-term sealing performance;

Excellent flame retardant performance, up to V-0 level.

Application Method and Notes

Clean and dry the surface to be adhered, extrude the product from the packaging tube, apply it evenly on the part, and trim it before the sealant has been vulcanized to remove excess sealant.

Note that the thickness of applied sealant should not exceed 6mm. Avoid contact with the eyes during application. It should not be sealed during application and curing. Maintain a good ventilation environment.

After each use, it should be quickly sealed to prevent the remaining sealant in the tube from contacting with moisture in the air to solidify.

GUIBAO 4815ZL is available in white semi-fluid before curing, and available in white elastomer after curing
