Characteristic:

1. It is applicable to the elimination of static electricity in the spinning of synthetic fibers such as polyester, nylon, and chloroprene, with excellent anti-static effect. The antistatic agent SN can be used alone, or it can be mixed with other oil-free surfactants and emulsifiers to form an aqueous solution, so that the fiber tow can pass through the above lotion to eliminate static electricity, and the amount is generally 0.2-0.5% of the fiber weight. 2. It can be used as leveling agent for polyacrylonitrile. 3. Eliminating static electricity of plastic products in the plastic industry can be used as static electricity remover for PVC, polyethylene film and plastic products. Dissolve the antistatic agent SN in a suitable solvent, mix it with a small amount of plastic powder, dry it, and then add this material to all plastic powder, and process it according to the routine. Generally, the recommended dosage is 0.5-2% of the weight of plastic. 4. It is used as an electrostatic remover for spinning roller made of nitrile rubber. 5. Antistatic agent for real silk. 6.
