Description

Skim Milk Powder is a dried dairy product manufactured by removing most of the fat from fresh milk, followed by evaporation and spray drying. The resulting powder contains milk solids (proteins, lactose, minerals) with very low milk fat, designed for long shelf life and easy reconstitution in water.
